Membership Rights
Fundamental Rights
- Equality of Rights: All Association Members have the same rights. Members will not be subjected to discriminatory treatment on the grounds of language, race, sex, religion or sect, family, group or class.
- All Members are allowed to use identifying signs of the Association such as corporate and representative logos and emblems etc.
- All Members may participate at the events and general meetings of the Association.
- Except for the honorary members, all Association Members have the right to be elected to the committees.
- Members whose ended their memberships or whose membership was terminated will not be entitled to lay claim to any asset of the Association.
Voting Right
- Each Member will be entitled to cast one vote at the General Meeting. Voting by proxy is not allowed.
- Real individual Members cast their votes in person while legal entity Members cast their votes through company managers, chairpersons of the board of directors or a duly authorized representative. Once the authority or representation duty of such person expires, they are to be re-appointed to vote on behalf of the legal entity once again.
- Honorary Members do not have voting rights.
