GALA
The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) is a global, non-profit association for the translation and localization industry. A membership organization, GALA supports its Member Companies and the globalization industry by creating communities, championing standards, sharing knowledge, and advancing technology.
GALA offers web-based seminars to improve the translation quality and training of translation professionals, based on industry requirements. It further lays the groundwork to discuss global developments by bringing together industry representatives at its annual conferences.
Following the protocol between the Association of Translation Companies and GALA, CID Members can participate in GALA conferences with an exclusive membership discount.
